Phillies' Full 2023 Season Schedule Revealed

Updated:

The Philadelphia Phillies have a chance to end a playoff drought that spans over a decade with a Wild Card berth in the National League. That still hasn't stopped fans from diving into the 2023 schedule released on Wednesday afternoon. It's a schedule chock full of electrifying games and crucial series.

Philadelphia Phillies 2023 Schedule

The Phillies will open the 2023 season with a three-game series against the Texas Rangers at Globe Life Field from March 30 to April 2. It's a bit of a revenge spot as Texas has taken Philadelphia down in all four matchups this summer. An early six-game road trip concludes against the New York Yankees.

Fans will get their first glimpse of the Phillies in action at Citizens Bank Park during the team's home opener against the Cincinnati Reds on April 6. It's worth noting that 13 of Philadelphia's first 19 games will be played on the road. Ten of its last 13 games will be played against NL East opponents.

The Phillies end the season against the New York Mets in a series that could be meaningful in the division. Manager Rob Thomson's squad will also take part in the Little League Classic against the Washington Nationals in Williamsport, PA, on August 20. That will be nationally broadcasted on ESPN.

Start times for all home games have been announced, but start times for away games are still being determined. Other aspects to the schedule such as broadcasting, tickets and promotions will be released in the coming months.

For now, the Phillies have odds set at +3500 to win the World Series, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
