Updated:

Patrick Mahomes will once again be center stage when he takes the field on Sunday for his third Super Bowl in four years. The Kansas City Chiefs won the first but lost the second, so this is a chance for Mahomes to get back in the win column and cap off what will likely be his second MVP campaign.

We'll keep track of Mahomes' stats throughout the night with updates from every quarter. Check it out below.

Patrick Mahomes Super Bowl 57 Stats Tracker

Mahomes was his usual brilliant self in 2022, leading the Chiefs to a 14-3 record and the No. 1 seed in the AFC. Despite losing top receiver Tyreek Hill in the offseason, Mahomes still went on to pace the league in passing yards (5,250), passing touchdowns (41) and numerous other categories.

Not even an ankle injury suffered during the Divisional Round slowed Mahomes down. He returned to the game to finish off the Jacksonville Jaguars, then outdueled Joe Burrow for the first time in his career in the AFC title game.

Mahomes enters the Super Bowl with over/unders of 294.5 passing yards, 19.5 rushing yards and 1.5 passing touchdowns, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's Super Bowl odds.

After First Drive Update: Mahomes quickly answered Jalen Hurts' rushing TD on the opening drive with a TD strike of his own, finding tight end Travis Kelce in the end zone to even the score at 7-7 midway through the first quarter. Mahomes finished the drive 2-for-2 passing for 38 yards and a TD.

After First Quarter Update: Mahomes started the game strong for Kansas City, answering Philadelphia's opening score with an 18-yard touchdown pass to Kelce on his first drive of the game. His second drive ended in a missed field goal, but Mahomes finished the first quarter 5-for-7 passing for 73 yards and a touchdown.

After Second Quarter Update: The second quarter wasn't the most kind to Mahomes. He failed to lead a touchdown drive during the second period as Philadelphia's defense hounded him. The star QB then appeared to re-injure his high-ankle sprain after taking a sack, which could affect him in the final two quarters. He heads into halftime with 89 passing yards, 1 touchdown and 11 rushing yards.

After Third Quarter Update: Mahomes showed no signs of his ankle injury holding him back after halftime. He immediately led the Chiefs on a touchdown drive, and KC trails only 27-21 entering the fourth quarter. Mahomes is up to 153 passing yards and 1 touchdown, along with 25 rushing yards.

Final Update: Mahomes was brilliant to finish the game, helping leading the Chiefs to a 38-35 win over the Eagles in Super Bowl 57. The star QB ended the contest with 182 passing yards and 3 touchdowns, plus 44 rushing yards.
