Parker Washington Scouting Report & Draft Stock

Washington's versatility is what shines brightest when looking at his game film. The Nittany Lions standout served as a kick returner, slot receiver and deep threat throughout his three college years. He finished his Penn State career with 1,920 yards and 12 touchdowns on 146 receptions (13.2-yard average). Washington relies on his creativity and competitiveness to work for added yardage at the end of catches/runs. That is something NFL coaching staffs are always looking for in a Day 2 pick.
