NOCO 400 Odds, Prediction & Best Bet for 2023 NASCAR Cup Series Race (Truex Shoots for Third Title)

William Byron will look to defend his title after winning the 400-lap event for the first time last year. He'll have to fend off two-time champ Martin Truex Jr., however, who won back-to-back titles in 2020 and 2021.

As the reigning winner, Byron currently has the best outright odds on FanDuel Sportsbook's NASCAR odds at +600. Christopher Bell and Kyle Larson are right behind him at +650, however, with Denny Hamlin and Chase Elliott (both +700) rounding out the top 5.

While Byron has a decent chance to repeat, it will be difficult against such a talented field with several former champions also racing in the event. That includes two-time winner Truex Jr., who's been dominant on short tracks recently with nine top-10 finishes in his last 16 short track races. With two wins at Martinsville already under his belt, don't be surprised if he adds a third this weekend.

NOCO 400 Best Bet 2023

Truex Jr. is a good bet to win outright at +850 odds. If you're looking for a bit more value, consider Brad Keselowski to win outright at +1800 odds. He's already won this event twice in 2017 and 2019 but has longer odds than some of the favorites, making him a solid play to win his third title at Martinsville this weekend.
