The NFL plans to continue expanding its international footprint in 2022, with the announcement of five International Games.

Five teams will host the 2022 NFL International Games across three cities including London (England), Munich (Germany) and Mexico City (Mexico).

NFL International Games

The NFL announced the five home teams for the 2022 international series on Monday, Feb. 28. Those teams include the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Arizona Cardinals, Green Bay Packers, New Orleans Saints and Jacksonville Jaguars.

Munich NFL Game

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will host the league's first-ever appearance in Germany. This game will be played at FC Bayern Munich Stadium. The league has not yet announced Tampa Bay's opponent or the date of this NFL Munich game.

Tampa Bay looks to break a previous 0-3 record in international games, which has included losses to the Carolina Panthers, Chicago Bears and New England Patriots.

NFL London Games 2022

For the 15th consecutive season, the NFL will send at least one team to host an international game in London, England. The 2022 season features three different games scheduled in London hosted by the Green Bay Packers, New Orleans Saints and Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Packers and Saints will host their London Games at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium while the Jaguars will suit up at Wembley Stadium. The dates and opponents for these three NFL London Games 2022 have not been announced.

Jacksonville is 4-4 in eight all-time international games, which is the most played by any franchise. New Orleans is a perfect 2-0 while the Packers will make their international debut in 2022.

Mexico City NFL

The 2022 Mexico City Game will be the NFL's fifth appearance in Mexico and first since 2019. The Arizona Cardinals will host this matchup Estadio Azteca while we still await the official opponent and date.

Arizona is 0-1 in their only previous international game, a 2017 loss to the Los Angeles Rams in London.
