The Cincinnati Bengals had the worst odds to win the AFC North heading into the 2021-22 NFL season. Their hard-fought climb to the top of the division has caused Zac Taylor to lead all candidates in NFL Coach of the Year odds at +175 heading into Week 18, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
The Bengals upset the reigning Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs in Week 17 to clinch their first division title since the 2015 season. Taylor has turned this team around in just under two years and credit is starting to be given where it is due. He has some tough competition, though.
Taylor is followed closely behind by Green Bay's Matt Lafleur (+195) and Tennessee's Mike Vrabel (+240). Of course, the Packers and Titans are in the driver's seat to lock down the No. 1 seed in their respective conferences. The work done by both of these head coaches cannot be overlooked.
With that being said, here's how the latest odds to win the NFL's Coach of the Year stack up heading into the final week of the regular season.
