While the Home Run Derby and All-Star Game itself get most of the attention during MLB All-Star Weekend, the action starts sooner than that with the MLB All-Star Celebrity Softball Game.

Here's everything you need to know about this year's showdown.

When is the MLB All-Star Celebrity Game?

The 2022 MLB Celebrity All-Star Softball game will take place on Saturday, July 16, 2022, from Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, CA. This event will follow the All-Star Futures Game with a start time approximately at 10:15 p.m. ET, or 7:15 p.m. local time.

The game can be streamed live on YouTube, Peacock, Pluto TV and MLB's social media channels. Although, the game will not be shown on broadcast television until Monday, July 18, at 10:30 p.m. ET (7:30 p.m. local time) after the Home Run Derby.

The 2022 MLB All-Star Celebrity Softball Game will be broadcast on MLB Network following the Home Run Derby at 10:30 p.m. EST on Monday, July 18.
