Khris Middleton is crucial the Milwaukee Bucks success. That much has been proven time and time again, specifically throughout their 2021 NBA Finals run and this past season when the Bucks were bounced earlier than expected during the playoffs while Middleton was out.

Khris Middleton Injury Update

The Bucks will be starting the season without their second-best player. Middleton had offseason wrist surgery and while it was known he wouldn't be ready for game one of the season, we now have an expected timeline for his return. Middleton is expected back sometime after the first few weeks of the season.

The Bucks will be just fine as long as that's when he ends up coming back. Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jrue Holiday along with the rest of their deep roster can keep them in good position until then. Anyone major player missing too much time this year could pose problems this year though. The Eastern Conference looks like it will be as tougher and more competitive as it has in the last decade.
