Marshon Lattimore Hilariously Trolls Mike Evans After Shutting Him Down Again

Updated:

Highly touted as one of the best wide receivers in the game, Mike Evans was anything but dominant on Sunday night as he hauled in just 4 receptions for 64 yards in a blowout loss to the New Orleans Saints.

Evans was matched up with cornerback Marshon Lattimore for most of the game and Lattimore was able to shut him down for the third straight time. After the game, Lattimore took to Twitter and made a hilarious comment to make sure everyone knew about it, too.

These two players may be the most accurate depiction of true divisional rivals in the entire NFL. In fact, this rivalry started back in 2017 when Evans took a clear cheap shot on Lattimore during what was the cornerback's rookie season. There has been no love lost between these two ever since.

Lattimore's teammate Michael Thomas even joined in on the fun commenting "NOBODY put fear in us!" below Lattimore's original post. It definitely seems like the former Ohio State Buckeye comes into this matchup with a little bit of added motivation each and every time.

In the end, you can't help but appreciate Lattimore's blunt, yet to the point comment. He tells it like it is and also provides some amusement while doing so. While these two will likely not face off again this season, everyone will make sure to have their next head-to-head matchup circled on the schedule.
