At long last, the MLB Postseason and October baseball is officially here. Ten teams made the playoffs while another 20 MLB franchises were sent home packing.

Some of these teams performed exactly at expectations, even if those expectations were underwhelming. However, a number of MLB clubs around baseball drastically underperformed. And, with that comes the unfortunate news of managers losing their jobs.

MLB Managers Fired

The New York Mets announced on Monday, Oct. 4 that the club would not pick up the option on manager Luis Rojas for the 2022 season. Effectively, Rojas was fired.

Which Managers Were Fired After the MLB Season?

Currently, three MLB managers have reportedly been let go so far after the 2021 MLB season. However, rumors suggest others may be losing their jobs in the coming days or weeks.
