LeBron James All-Star Game Win/Loss

Since the NBA introduced the Team Captains and All-Star Game draft, Team LeBron James is on fire. He's been the captain every single year since this practice began and his teams are riding a five-game winning streak.

Before this format, the NBA held a traditional Eastern vs Western Conference setting. Overall, LeBron has a 10-8 record in his 18 previous All-Star Game appearances. Though, if the trend continues, he'll be 6-0 as a captain when the 2023 version is complete.

LeBron James Career All-Star Game MVPs

In these 18 previous appearances, LeBron James has won the All-Star Game MVP three different times. These award wins came in 2006, 2008 and 2018.

James takes his All-Star Games to a new level when he walks away with the MVP trophy. In these MVP years, King James averages 28.3 points, 8.0 rebounds and 6.3 assists per game.

Kobe Bryant and Bob Pettit share the record for the most All-Star Game MVP awards at four times apiece. If James can walk away with another MVP trophy in 2024, he'll join that infamous list.

LeBron James NBA All-Star Records

Just like his NBA career, LeBron owns a long list of All-Star Game records. For starters, he will be making his 19th appearance in the festivities. He tied the great Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for the record of most All-Star Game appearances (19). LeBron also has already tied Kareem for the most All-Star Games played at 18. When he steps on the court on Sunday, he'll break that record.

LeBron will break another All-Star Game record on Sunday, one that he already holds. Last year, he tied Kobe Bryant for the most consecutive All-Star Game selections (18). He'll break that record with his 19th. In terms of consecutive All-Star Game starts, that's another record that LeBron owns (18 and soon to be 19). He's five ahead of Bob Cousy at 13.

King James also owns the most points ever scored in All-Star Game history. His 413 ASG points are more than 100 points ahead of Kobe Bryan on the all-time list. Below is a list of the top 10 career All-Star Game scorers.
