One of the most prestigious events in golf, the PGA Championship has the ability to launch any golfer's career to new heights. Keith Mitchell will aim to cash in on that opportunity as he has only logged one win in his PGA Tour career.

Here's everything you need to know about Keith Mitchell's PGA Championship odds and history heading into the 2023 event.

Keith Mitchell PGA Championship Prediction 2023

Aside from the rare top-10 finish, it hasn't been the best PGA Tour campaign for Keith Mitchell so far. He has failed to post a top-40 finish in four of his last eight outings, including when he finished 53rd at the Masters last month. The 31-year-old will look to turn things around in Rochester this weekend.

More 2023 PGA Championship betting content from The Duel:

The only problem is that the Oak Hill course does not play into his strengths. It's a course that forces golfers to rely on their chipping abilities to successfully attack smaller greens. Mitchell notably ranks outside the top 100 golfers in Strokes Gained (SG): Approach the Green and SG: Around the Green.

There's a bit of value in backing Mitchell to miss the cut (+108) and that's the way I am leaning here. The Tennessee native barely made the cut at the recent Wells Fargo Championship and has never posted a score under par at the PGA Championship. There's little to no reason to trust him right now.
