Justin Jefferson Tweets Reaction to Odell Beckham Jr. Signing With Ravens
The Odell Beckham Jr. sweepstakes finally came to an end on Sunday. The veteran wide receiver inked a one-year deal with the Baltimore Ravens that could reach up to $18 million due to incentives. Unsurprisingly, many experts and players alike shared their reaction to the signing, including Minnesota Vikings WR Justin Jefferson.

Jefferson's reaction to the Beckham signing is somewhat cryptic. The 2022 Offensive Player of the Year tweeted out four pairs of eyes and two devil emojis, along with the comment "get activated." While some hopeful Ravens fans saw it as Jefferson wanting to join their team, it could also just be that he's supporting his friend.
After all, the tweet came less than 24 hours after the two wideouts were spotted together at UFC 287 in Miami, FL. Jefferson and several Vikings players also wore "Free Odell" shirts back when OBJ was released from the Cleveland Browns during the 2021 NFL season.
Beckham hasn't been afraid of complimenting Jefferson in the past, either. OBJ called his fellow ex-LSU wideout back in November to congratulate Jefferson on making a one-handed catch against the Buffalo Bills — the type of athletic feat that Beckham has been known to do.
It'll be interesting to see if Beckham can live up to the confidence that Jefferson seemingly has in him. The former 2014 first-rounder has horn his ACL twice over the last three years and hasn't played a game since February 2022. With quarterback Lamar Jackson's future in Baltimore unclear, only time will tell if OBJ can return to form.
Who knows? Maybe if all doesn't go well with the Ravens, Jefferson will convince Beckham to make the trek to the "Land of 10,000 Lakes" in 2024.
