Jalen Hurts Had Hilarious NSFW Exchange With Jordan Mailata During Week 15 Win

Updated:

Jalen Hurts put the Philadelphia Eagles on his back and literally carried them to victory in Week 15. After the offense struggled to get things going in the first quarter, Hurts went on to rack up three rushing touchdowns over the final three periods of his team's 25-20 win.

That kind of rushing use can take a toll on any QB, and the hits seemed to catch up to him eventually on Sunday. However, it also led to one hilarious moment with offensive tackle Jordan Mailata.

Hurts' teammate and friend advised him to "stay down" for a well-deserved break after he took a little longer than usual to get up following a run. The QB then told Mailata "Pick me the [expletive] up" and his left tackle obliged.

This just goes to show how much of a warrior Hurts really is. He sets the entire tone for this offense with his strength and willingness to put his body on the line. That kind of unbreakable mentality certainly rubs off on the rest of his squad.

Hurts' dual-threat abilities were pivotal to stave off the Chicago Bears' upset bid on Sunday. The MVP frontrunner scored notched 315 passing yards on the day to go along with his three rushing scores. He also converted an important two-point conversion on the ground in the fourth quarter to make sure Chicago couldn't easily mount a comeback.

However, Hurts' Week 16 status for their game against the Dallas Cowboys is in doubt. Philadelphia is an early 4.5-point underdog in that game, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL odds.
