I expect Paul to win this and while his odds to win by KO or by points are nearly identical, you can mitigate some risk by taking Silva to be knocked down. I don't expect Silva to completely avoid a Paul haymaker. If I had to take one side I would bet on Paul to win by points, but still think he catches Silva enough to knock him down.
