Jaguars vs Raiders Prediction & Pick

It's always tough to predict NFL preseason games because no one outside of the coaching staff knows who is going to suit up and who is going to stay on the sideline. This is an intriguing matchup, though. Both Josh McDaniels and Doug Pederson are making their head coaching debuts for their respective franchises. Starting off with a win on national television would be a great morale boost.

Staying far away from the moneyline is the best option here as the value lies in the total. Five of the last six Hall of Fame Games have resulted in less than 34 points being scored. Pederson is also 8-4-1 to the under in his preseason career. This game screams defensive battle as the offensive backups struggle to get into any kind of rhythm. Trust the trends and back under 33 points to be scored (-110).
