Here's How the Vikings Can Clinch the NFC North in Week 14

The Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers kept their slim hopes alive in the NFC North title race on Sunday with a pair of respective wins. But, that doesn't mean the 10-2 Minnesota Vikings aren't ready to lock up the division with a month of football left on the regular season schedule.

Here's how the Vikings can clinch the NFC North in Week 14.

It's really simple. If Minnesota beats the Lions in Week 14, they'll officially clinch their third division title since 2015. They can even finish with a rare tie against the Lions and still lock up the division crown.

Minnesota is the clear-cut best team in this race. They've doubled the win total (10) of both the Packers and Lions, and notched another victory on Sunday against the New York Jets. Vikings safety Camryn Bynum intercepted Mike White during a fourth-down pass attemtp to the goal line, sealing yet another one-score victory for Minnesota.

The Vikings are 9-0 in one-score games this season.

Minnesota has a great opportunity to lock up the division title next Sunday. FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL odds show the Vikings as early 1.5-point road favorites.
