FanDuel Presents Legalized Sports Betting Map by State

FanDuel Presents Legalized Sports Betting Map by State

Updated:

As more and more states join the movement and legalize sports betting, it can become difficult to keep track. It's also not an instant process either, as there are many steps between a state proposing legalized sports betting legislation and the ability for players to place their first bets.

FanDuel is here to help you keep track with an interactive map of legalized sports betting policies by state, which you can find by clicking here.

Which States Have Legal Sports Betting?

Using FanDuel's interactive map, you can click on any state to get the most recent up-to-date information about its stance on sports betting.

For example, if you click on Pennsylvania or New Jersey, you can see that both mobile and retail betting are available. New Hampshire shows that mobile betting is available, but retail betting is still pending. For Colorado, retail and mobile betting has been legalized, but bets aren't able to be placed until May 1, 2020.

The state of legalized sports betting across America is ever-changing, and this map will be kept relevant with the most up-to-date information, so if you're wondering about where your state stands, be sure to check back often!
