Eagles Super Bowl Odds Show Them With Prime Chance Heading Into NFC Championship Game on FanDuel Sportsbook

The Philadelphia Eagles flexed their muscles as the No. 1 seed with a blowout win over the New York Giants in the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs. Running back Kenny Gainwell and defensive end Haason Reddick were just two of the many players that balled out for Philadelphia in the victory.

Now, Philadelphia prepares for an NFC Championship Game clash with the San Francisco 49ers and a trip to Super Bowl LVII on the line.

Eagles Super Bowl Odds

Quarterback Jalen Hurts will have to guide his team past the 49ers first, but the Eagles enter the Conference Championship Round with a prime chance to win Super Bowl 57 at +230 odds. That ranks first out of the four teams left and marks the first time Philly has been the favorite this season.

There isn't too much recent history between these NFC squads. The Eagles and 49ers split regular season meetings in 2020 and 2021, with the road team coming out on top each time. That was before pros like wide receiver AJ Brown and running back Christian McCaffrey were on the rosters, though.

Philadelphia has the inside track at winning if it can get home with its pass rush. Quarterback Brock Purdy is a rookie and has been protected well in limited action, but the Eagles finished the season ranked first in sacks (70), second in pressure percentage (25.5%) and second in pressures (168).

Making Purdy flustered in the pocket and finishing off offensive drives with touchdowns could result in Philly's first NFC Championship since 2017. For now, the Eagles head into Sunday slated as 2.5-point home favorites with -148 moneyline odds over the 49ers, per FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL odds.
