Dante Stills Scouting Report

Stills has the versatility to play on both the outside and the interior of the defensive line. His tape is better than his measurables and workouts. He possesses a slew of effective moves to beat offensive linemen and has proven to be able to reach the quarterback from anywhere on the D-line.

He has a quick first step that, when combined with his power, can make him a menace off the line. He also has a high motor.

Stills does lack the speed to make a play in the open field a lot of the time, and he needs to work on recovery and secondary moves if his first attempt doesn't get him by the blockers.

Dante Stills NFL Draft Prediction

A team like the Kansas City Chiefs that could use some additional depth along its defensive line could be a great landing spot for Stills.

He can learn from Chris Jones -- one of the best in the NFL at his position -- and be able to fill in as needed, even as a rookie. His high IQ should fit in perfectly with the Chiefs' culture and provide him with the freedom to contribute in multiple ways.

Prediction: Kansas City Chiefs (Round 6, 217th Overall)
