The Patriots enter this contest as clear favorites on the moneyline and spread on FanDuel Sportsbook's updated odds. This AFC clash also features a total of 39.5, which is the lowest of the Week 9 totals.

Colts quarterback Sam Ehlinger had a quiet showing in his first NFL start, going 17-for-23 on passing attempts for 201 yards with a fumble. Unfortunately, his next opponent will be even more difficult to handle than the Commanders.

A Belichick-coached team is always tough for young QBs to face. It also doesn't help that the Patriots have the 12th-best scoring defense while also being tied for the most takeaways in the league. Meanwhile, the Colts' offense averages the third-fewest points while being tied for the most turnovers.

Making matters worse, the Colts have lost eight of their last nine games against the Patriots, having not won at Gillette Stadium in 16 years. With Indianapolis firing offensive coordinator Marcus Brady on Tuesday, it remains to be seen exactly what the Colts' new approach will be. G
