March Madness is right around the corner, which means college basketball's conference tournament season is here! One of the biggest getting underway in the first week of March is the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Conference Tournament.

The 2022 Colonial Atheltic Association Conference Tournament will tip-off with its first game at 5 p.m. EST on Saturday, March 5.

The tournament will take place at Entertainment and Sports Arena in Washington, DC.

Below is a look at the bracket for this year's CAA Conference Tournament.

Colonial Athletic Association Tournament Prediction

Two teams stood above the rest this season in the CAA when it comes to conference records: the Towson Tigers (15-3) and UNC Wilmington Seahawks (15-3).

Towson has played well throughout the season, winning its last seven games in a row. Much of the Tigers' success has come thanks to their offense, which averages 73.9 points per game (No. 76). Their scoring defense is also elite after allowing up the 28th-fewest points in the nation.

While UNC Wilmington has been solid against the other CAA teams, the Seahawks were recently blown out, 79-55, by Towson just two weeks ago. Taking that and their average offense and defense into account, it's easy to see why there may be concerns about UNC Wilmington.

Having said that, Towson has been dominant this season and is the best pick to win this year's conference tournament.
