But the Ducks are stronger and more balanced on offense averaging 222 rushing and 288 passing per game with a league-high 71% completions going against the Beavers No. 1 Pac 12 pass efficiency defense.

Ducks QB Bo Nix does not figure to be close to 100% after sustaining an ankle injury late in the fourth quarter of a 37-34 home loss Nov. 12 to Washington. He grinded it out last week in a 20-17 win over Utah passing for 287 yards and 1 TD without running. The duel-threat has 25 TD passes and 14 rushing touchdowns.

Oregon State freshman RB Damien Martinez has reeled off five consecutive 100-yard rushing games. And the Beavers are 5-1 SU since QB Ben Gulbranson replaced injured Chance Nolan back in early October. His best passing game was 250 yards against Stanford, and he'll need something similar for the Beavers to knock off the Ducks.
