Mahomes was his usual dynamic self, completing 24 passes for 235 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Meanwhile, the Colts wish that Week 2 never happened after being shut out by the Jacksonville Jaguars, 24-0. Matt Ryan had his worst performance in a long time under center in defeat, tallying just 195 yards on 16-of-30 passing attempts while gifting the Jaguars with three interceptions.

Before the 2022 campaign started, the Colts were viewed as a team that could challenge the Chiefs in the AFC. That isn't quite the case after tying the Houston Texans before their embarrassing loss to the Jaguars. Even with the home town support on Sunday, this isn't a game that the Colts will likely win.

At the end of the day, the Chiefs are on a different level right now. They're better than the Colts on both sides of the ball and given that Ryan is finally showing his age, Mahomes shouldn't have trouble outdoing him under center. If Indianapolis' No. 1 wideout Michael Pittman is forced to miss his second straight game, things could get even uglier.
