Chiefs Provide Final Week 14 Injury Updates for Joe Thuney and Kadarius Toney

Updated:

The Kansas City Chiefs are looking to bounce back from Week 13's loss to the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, when they travel to play the Denver Broncos. Unfortunately, the squad may be without two starters on the offensive side of the ball.

Kansas City provided final status updates for left guard Joe Thuney and wide receiver Kadarius Toney, both of whom were listed on the injury report this week.

Thuney is dealing with an ankle injury and has been officially listed as questionable for Sunday's content. Meanwhile, Toney has been ruled out and will miss a third straight week because of a hamstring issue. Thuney also missed Weeks 12 and 13, but had played 100% of the offensive snaps up until that point.

Fortunately, the Chiefs may look at Sunday's clash with Denver as an opportunity to take it easy with some of their injured starters. Kansas City is a massive 8.5-point road favorite against the 3-9 Broncos, per NFL odds on FanDuel Sportsbook.
