Kadarius Toney was acquired by the Kansas City Chiefs from the New York Giants ahead of the NFL trade deadline . When he was dealt, Toney was dealing with a hamstring injury, which apparently healed up immediately after the trade.

Kadarius Toney Injury Update

Toney was back on the field in Week 9, but he hamstring gave him some trouble. He was able to suit up in Weeks 10 and 11 as well, but then was on the sidelines for Weeks 12 and 13.

Head Coach Andy Reid is now saying that Toney is healthy and will be a full go at practice on Wednesday, along with evey other player on the 53-man roster.

Toney showed flashes of greatness as a rookie with New York, but injuries and questions around fit both on and off the field, caused the Giants to deal away the former first-round pick.

Toney's Week 10 game was his best with the Chiefs, hauling in 4 catches for 57 yards and a touchdown. Hopefully with a clean bill of health Toney can start to realize what many believe his true potential to be, especially in this dangerous Kansas City Chiefs offense.

The Chiefs take on the Denver Broncos in Week 14, where Kansas City is a 9.5-point road favorite, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's latest NFL odds.
