Chicago Cubs 2023 Spring Training Schedule, Location and TV/Streaming Guide

Updated:

The 2023 MLB season is nearly here, and that means Spring Training is right around the corner. Pitchers and catchers are slated to report soon, with games officially starting not long after.

Chicago Cubs fans are anxious to see this new-look roster in action after an offseason full of changes. Here's everything you need to know about the Cubs' 2023 Spring Training schedule.

Where Do the Cubs Have Spring Training 2023?

The Cubs will return to Sloan Park for Spring Training games in 2023. This venue is located in Mesa, Arizona, and boasts the highest capacity (15,000) among Spring Training facilities across the majors.

Sloan Park became the team's new home in 2014, replacing Hohokam Park as host. Chicago played at Hohokham Park from 1997-2013. That facility now is the Spring Training home of the Oakland Athletics.

The Cubs played their first Spring Training exhibition at Sloan Park on Feb 27, 2014. Chicago lost that contest 5-2 to the Arizona Diamondbacks.
