Week 13 of the 2022 NFL season includes an AFC West between the Los Angeles Chargers and Las Vegas Raiders. It wasn't pretty, but the Chargers put a two-game losing streak to bed with a hard-fought 25-24 win over the Arizona Cardinals last week.

After going to overtime to beat the Denver Broncos two weeks ago, the Raiders needed an extra frame again to get the 40-34 win against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 12. Chargers vs Raiders Prediction & Pick

This game is the second meeting between these AFC West rivals this season. The Chargers beat the Raiders 24-19 in Week 1, highlighted by a three-touchdown performance from Los Angeles QB Justin Herbert.

Having said that, I expect the Raiders to get their win back this week. After Las Vegas discovered that feeding the ball to Jacobs is a winning recipe, the Silver and Black get to go up against a Chargers frontline that surrenders 151.4 rushing yards per game (fifth-worst) while allowing 14 TDs to running backs this season.

Even though Jacobs probably won't topple 300 scrimmage yards again, he should see a lot of action here (assuming that he's healthy enough to play). The Chargers just don't have a good defense and with Las Vegas having the crowd's support, I see the Raiders controlling a decent chunk of this matchup.

Back the Raiders winning in what will likely be another high-scoring outing.
