When it comes to projections, the four highlighted sources are all backing the Chargers to win. While the experts' assessment isn't unanimous, 64.3% of them also side with a Los Angeles victory. 

As far as a Browns upset goes, their best shot at winning comes in at 48.2% on numberFire, so things there's definitely a realistic possibility for Cleveland to emerge as the victor.

Even though the Chargers are favored by most to win this game, it should be a close-fought battle regardless of the outcome.
