The Arizona Cardinals and Tennessee Titans will spar in Nashville this weekend in a battle between two teams that made the playoffs last year.
Both teams have split their first two preseason games thus far. The Cardinals beat the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 1 before falling to the Baltimore Ravens in Week 2, while the Titans lost to the Ravens in Week 1 before bouncing back with a win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (sans Tom Brady) in Week 2.
Cardinals vs Titans Odds & Spread
All NFL preseason betting lines, odds and prop bets are from FanDuel Sportsbook.
Moneyline: ARI: (+110) | TEN: (-165)
Spread: ARI: +3 (-110) | TEN: -3 (-110)
Total: 36 — Over: (-110) | Under: (-110)
The Titans are favored by a field goal at home, which is pretty standard for an NFL game. The total (36) is the second-lowest on the slate this week, however, behind only the Green Bay Packers vs Kansas City Chiefs game (35.5).
Cardinals vs Titans Prediction & Pick
The Cardinals are the better, more complete team at full strength, but they'll be without star quarterback Kyler Murray again in Week 3. That makes them harder to trust, as they scored 36 points in Week 1 but only 17 in Week 2.
Baltimore has a formidable defense, however, and Tennessee's unit is more similar to the Cincinnati defense that Arizona shredded in Week 1. The Cardinals also have a strong ground game, which should help them move the chains against the Titans.
Tennessee's offense has been non-existent thus far, managing just 23 points in the first two games combined. Arizona's defense was one of the better units in the league last year, so the Titans may have a hard time moving the ball, let alone scoring.
Final Score Prediction: Cardinals: 23 | Titans: 17
Cardinals vs Titans Betting Trends
- Arizona is 2-6 straight up and against the spread (ATS) in its last eight games.
- The total has hit the under in six of Tennessee's last eight games.
- Arizona is 9-2 ATS in its last 11 road games.
- Tennessee is 11-5 straight up in its last 16 games.
Cardinals vs Titans Best Bet

The Titans' offense has simply been atrocious. It hasn't helped that they've played a couple of tough defenses, but the Cardinals aren't going to give them a break in that regard.
Arizona's offense has been volatile without Murray but still managed 17 points last week against Baltimore's rugged defense. Even if the Cardinals score a similar number again this week, that should be enough to win against this Titans team.
