Week 8 of the 2022 NFL season includes another game in London as the Denver Broncos are set to face the Jacksonville Jaguars. While some teams need a change of scenery to get back on track, perhaps the Broncos need an entire country to do so. Before the 2022 NFL season began, people would laugh if you told them that the Broncos would be underdogs to the Jaguars. Yet that's the situation we're in after Denver's horrid start to the year, which is a situation that's only gotten worse now that quarterback Russell Wilson is dealing with a hamstring injury that sidelined him in Week 7.

There just isn't much of a reason to back the Broncos until they show major improvement. Although their defense has been quite respectable, the offense hasn't. The Broncos average a league-worst 14.3 points per game and have been held to 16 or fewer points in all but one game this year.

It's also worth pointing out that the Jaguars are 4-4 in eight trips to London, whereas the Broncos lost their only game in England. With the Jacksonville staff having more experience with how to help its players adapt to jet lag, I see the Jags having the edge in this regard too.

Again, until the Broncos show a complete 180-degree turnaround, I'm taking the Jaguars in London.
