Vikings vs Eagles MNF Prop Bets Tonight

1. A.J. Brown - Total Receptions: Over 5.5 (-120)

A.J. Brown had an Eagles debut to remember in Week 1, finishing with 155 receiving yards on a team-high 10 receptions. Now that he's established as Philadelphia's No. 1 wide receiver, I could see Brown hitting the over on this prop tonight. For starters, he's averaging 6.1 catches over his last 10 games, which includes three performances of 10-plus catches. And even though the Vikings shut down the Green Bay Packers' passing game last week, Aaron Rodgers didn't have a player of Brown's talents to target. Throw in the fact that Minnesota gave up 26.0 receptions per game a year ago (No. 26), and six-plus catches are within the realm of possibility for Brown.

2. Dalvin Cook Any Time Touchdown (-105)

The Eagles' defense may have improved on paper over the summer, but they couldn't stop the Detroit Lions from running the ball last week. In addition to giving up 181 rushing yards on 28 carries, Philadelphia also surrendered three touchdowns to the Lions' backfield, boding well for Dalvin Cook's odds to do the same. After all, Cook's 35 rushing touchdowns since the start of the 2019 NFL season only trail Derrick Henry (43). His only ever meeting against the Eagles occurred during that span and did involve the veteran rusher finding the end zone once. Given that he's a threat to score any time the Vikings are in the red zone, there's a good chance that Cook will find paydirt on Monday.

3. Justin Jefferson - Receiving Yards: Over 96.5 (-113)

Justin Jefferson proved that his sophomore season wasn't a fluke, exploding with nine catches for 184 yards and a pair of TDs in Week 2. Toppling a 96.5-point total is tough for most receivers, but not Jefferson, who's finished with the over in six of his last 11 games. In fact, he's averaged a whopping 116.8 receiving yards per game over that stretch. While the Eagles held each of the Lions' wideouts to the under last week, none of them are as talented as Jefferson. He's clearly Kirk Cousins' go-to weapon, so I expect he'll be targeted more than enough times for another 100-plus yard game.
