The Week 3 of the 2022 NFL season includes a Sunday Night Football matchup between the San Francisco 49ers and Denver Broncos. While FanDuel Sportsbook projects a close-fought affair, it's the 49ers who are listed as the 1.5-point road favorites over the Broncos.

Here are three of the best prop bets for the 49ers vs. Broncos matchup, courtesy of NFL odds on FanDuel Sportsbook.

49ers vs Broncos SNF Prop Bets Tonight

1. George Kittle - Receiving Yards: Over 45.5 Yards (-114)

George Kittle is finally set to make his 2022 NFL debut after a bout with a groin injury. There's a good chance that Kittle will make an impact Sunday night and one way he can do that is by hitting the over on this prop. The good news is that the Broncos have already surrendered 68 receiving yards per game to tight ends, ranking sixth-most in the NFL thus far. The veteran TE should also see an uptick in targets due to his chemistry with quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo. Throw in the fact that Kittle racked up 210 receiving yards in his only meeting with the Broncos and I like his chances of hitting over 45.5 yards.

2. Courtland Sutton - Receptions: Over 4.5 (-102)

Courtland Sutton has emerged as Russell Wilson's early favorite target this season. The veteran Broncos wideout has averaged 5.5 catches on nine targets per game thus far, putting him on track for a career year. With fellow WR Jerry Jeudy dealing with a few injuries, Denver will likely count on Sutton more than ever to deliver. After a seven-catch performance against the Houston Texans last week, Wilson has all the reason to continue forcing the ball to the 26-year-old. As good as the 49ers defense is, I expect Sutton will see enough volume to finish with at least five catches.

3. Jeff Wilson - Rushing Yards: Under 59.5 (-114)

Jeff Wilson was solid as San Francisco's starting running back last week, racking up 84 rushing yards on 18 carries. While it was a productive day, that might not be the case against a Denver defense giving up only 78 rushing yards per game (tied for fourth-fewest in NFL). Furthermore, Wilson isn't always the most consistent rusher, finishing with just under in seven of the last 12 games where he's received at least one touch. It's also important to remember that he's also been injury-prone in the past, so there's no telling how long his body can hold up dealing with a starting role. As good as Wilson can be, I expect the Broncos defense to keep him locked down.
