Bengals vs 49ers Odds Released for Possible Super Bowl 57 Matchup

The NFL's Conference Championship Round has yet to get underway, but that hasn't stopped fans from thinking bout which teams will compete head-to-head for the Lombardi Trophy. One of the possible Super Bowl 57 matchups is a clash between the Cincinnati Bengals and San Francisco 49ers.

Even though this potential Super Bowl showdown hasn't been confirmed, FanDuel Sportsbook has odds for the hypothetical collision.

Bengals vs 49ers Super Bowl 56 Odds

FanDuel Sportsbook is listing the 49ers as a slight 1-point favorite in this potential Super Bowl showdown. They have odds set at -104 to cover the spread, while the Bengals have odds set at -118. Cincinnati is the moneyline favorite with -110 odds, though, as San Francisco is a -106 underdog.

San Francisco has won four of its last five matchups against the Bengals dating back to 2007. That includes a 26-23 overtime win during a regular season meeting in December of 2021. Tight end George Kittle balled out in that game as he logged 151 yards and 1 touchdown on 13 receptions.

It's not going to be easy for the Bengals to secure their second straight Super Bowl appearance as they enter Sunday as 1.5-point underdogs against the Kansas City Chiefs. Meanwhile, the 49ers find themselves in a similar spot as they are 2.5-point road underdogs against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Fans would be in for a treat if this matchup were to actually happen as each team sports a winning streak of at least 11 games and features a ton of talented stars. Cincinnati is still in search of its first Super Bowl title, while the 49ers are aiming to hoist the Lombardi Trophy for the first time since 1994.
