Bengals vs Bills Odds Released for Possible AFC Divisional Round Matchup

Updated:

The Cincinnati Bengals and Buffalo Bills both took care of business on Saturday to advance from Wild Card Weekend to the Divisional Round. These teams could end up playing each other next week, depending on the results of Sunday's last AFC Wild Card contest.

Bengals Bills Playoffs

Given the possibility of the Bengals and Bills squaring off, FanDuel Sportsbook has already posted odds for this potential pairing.

Bengals Bills 2022

The Bills are listed as 6.5-point home favorites for this game with -110 odds to cover the spread. The Bengals are also -110 to cover as 6.5-point road underdogs.

Buffalo is the favorite on the moneyline at -295 odds to win, while Cincinnati is a +240 underdog.

This matchup will take a bit of luck to actually come to fruition. The 7-seed Pittsburgh Steelers need to pull off an upset of the 2-seed Kansas City Chiefs for it to happen. Pittsburgh is a 12.5-point road underdog ahead of Sunday night's contest, so that's currently a longshot possibility.

The Bills are likely to face the Chiefs instead in the Divisional Round, and the Bengals would draw the 1-seed Tennessee Titans in that scenario.

Regardless, a Bills vs. Bengals matchup would give football fans plenty of excitement if they square off with a trip to the AFC Championship Game on the line.
