Has Baylor Ever Won a National Championship?

The Baylor Bears have lived up to the hype as a No. 1 seed in the 2021 NCAA Tournament. March Madness may be bringing us a ton of upsets this year, but Baylor has yet to fall victim.

Entering the Final Four, they trail only Gonzaga in the odds to win the tournament.

Would winning the National Championship be a new experience for Baylor fans?

Baylor has never won an NCAA men's basketball National Championship. Their best-ever finish was as the runner-up way back in the 1947-48 season. Since Scott Drew took over as head coach (2003), Baylor has made the Elite Eight three times (2010, 2012 and this year), but has never advanced to the Final Four.
