Avalanche vs Kraken Betting Trends

  • Colorado is 11-1 straight up in its last 12 road games.
  • Seattle is 1-4 straight up in its last five games on a Friday.
  • The total has hit the under in four of Colorado's last five games.
  • The total has hit the under in eight of Seattle's last nine games against Colorado.

Avalanche vs Kraken Prediction & Pick

The Avalanche are desperate to stay alive following back-to-back one-goal losses to the Kraken. The good news for Colorado is that it'll receive a boost with defenseman Cale Makar returning from his one-game suspension. Makar racked up 66 points in 60 regular-season games and enters Game 6 with 3 points in four postseason contests.

The Avalanche are also phenomenal away from home, winning 11 of their last 12 road games and outscoring those opponents 54-33 while converting on 30% of power-play chances. Colorado is also 27-17 straight up as the favorite against the West this season, whereas Seattle is 12-15 as the underdog when it comes to in-conference tilts.

The defending Stanley Cup Champions are too talented to be dropped by a lower seed in six games. Expect the Avalanche to show what they're made of by forcing a Game 7.

Final Score Prediction: Avalanche: 3 | Kraken: 2

Avalanche vs Kraken Best Bet

Siding with the Under on the projected goal totals has been the right call for this series. The Avalanche and Kraken haven't produced much offense outside of Game 3, averaging just 4.8 goals and going under 5.5 in the other four contests. The total has now hit the Under in eight of the last nine meetings between these clubs, finishing with fewer than 5.5 in all but one clash.

With both defenses and goaltenders playing solid for the most part, I doubt we'll see an offensive explosion out of nowhere. Expect another low-scoring affair on Friday.

Bet: Under 5.5 Goals (+108)
