The San Francisco 49ers will be back in the NFL playoffs for the second straight season and the third time in four years. The squad clinched a playoff spot and the NFC West division crown in Week 15, and fans are eager to know when the team will play following their regular-season finale.

Here's everything you need to know about the 49ers' playoff schedule for the 2022-23 NFL postseason.

What Seed Are the 49ers?

The 49ers will be the No. 2 seed in the NFC playoffs. San Francisco secured its spot after defeating the Arizona Cardinals 38-13 on Sunday. This means the Niners will play at least the first two rounds at home in the postseason.

Who Will the 49ers Play in the Playoffs?

Since the 49ers finished as the No. 2 seed, they'll play in the Wild Card Round at home. The No. 2 seed squares off against the NFC's 7-seed, which is the Seattle Seahawks after Week 18's results.
