FanDuel Sportsbook has the 49ers as 6.5-point road favorites with -110 odds to cover the spread. The Bears are also -110 to cover as the underdogs. Meanwhile, San Francisco is the current -270 moneyline favorite while Chicago sits at +220.

The two teams have been alternative wins and losses in their last eight meetings. The 49ers were victorious in their last most recent meeting, defeating the Bears, 33-22, in Week 8 of the 2021 NFL season.

The 49ers are expected to be a contender next season after one Super Bowl and two NFC Championship Game appearances in the last three years. In other words, beating a team like Chicago is expected from San Francisco.

The Bears have one of the easiest schedules next season, but they still need to prove that they can compete against high-end teams like the 49ers. Considering the lack of significant improvement that Chicago has made this offseason, things could get ugly fast if they don't have a strong start against San Francisco.

Both teams are at opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to Super Bowl odds. FanDuel Sportsbook has the 49ers at +1600 (T-No. 6) to win Super Bowl LVII, while the Bears are much further down at +10000 (T-No. 25).
