3 Best Prop Bets for Suns vs Nuggets NBA Playoffs Game 5 on May 9 (Devin Booker's Hot Hand Continues)

Sunday's NBA Playoffs slate includes an exciting Game 5 matchup between the Phoenix Suns and the Denver Nuggets. There was plenty of commotion in Game 4, which ended with the Suns evening the series as the two teams prepared to head back for Game 5 in Denver. The home team has won every game of the series so far, but will that trend continue in Game 5?
Here are three of the best prop bets for Suns-Nuggets Game 5, courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook.
Nuggets vs Suns Game 5 Player Props
1. Devin Booker Over 2.5 Made Threes (-136)
Devin Booker has been a dominant scorer throughout the playoffs thus far. He is averaging 36.8 points per game during the postseason, up from his 27.8 average during the regular season. A good part of that has been aided by his effectiveness from three. He is averaging 2.9 made threes per playoff game and has made at least three 3-pointers in seven of his last eight games. Bank on another productive night from downtown for D-Book.
2. 2 or More 3-Point Field Goals Made in the First 3 Minutes of the 1st Quarter: No (-115)
This prop hit for us in Game 4, so we're riding it again. The "No" side of this prop has now hit in three of the four games in this series and three in a row. Breaking down the math, both teams combined are averaging only 1.17 made three-pointers per 3 minutes in this series so far. Assuming that trend holds, the "No" is likely to hit for us again in Game 5.
3. 1st Quarter Spread - Phoenix Suns +1.5 (-110)
The Suns have come out of the gate hot in both road games so far in this series. Not only did they cover this spread in both Games 1 and 2, but they also held the lead after the first quarter in both games. Now Phoenix is coming into Game 5 with some real momentum after back-to-back wins, so expect the Suns to come out playing aggressively to start this game as well. Phoenix has proven that the crowd and atmosphere at Ball Arena don't bother them early on, so don't fade the Suns just because they're on the road.
