3 Best Prop Bets for Ravens vs Bengals AFC Wild Card Game (Cincinnati Attack Exploits Baltimore's Defensive Issues)

Updated:

The NFL's Super Wild Card Weekend is nearly here, bringing us an exciting AFC matchup between the No. 6 Baltimore Ravens and No. 3 Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals are currently huge 10-point home favorites over the Ravens, but only have -106 odds to cover the spread, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

Bengals vs Ravens Prop Bets

Bengals vs Ravens AFC Wild Card Prop Bets Tonight

1. Joe Burrow — Passing Yards: Over 265.5 (-114)

While the Ravens are solid, they provide one of the more quarterback-friendly matchups, surrendering the seventh-most completions and passing yards per game. Although Joe Burrow has finished with fewer than 265.5 passing yards in his last two games against Baltimore, I'm still confident in his ability to hit the over. After all, he's averaging 279.7 passing yards per game this season, finishing with the over on this prop in nine of his 16 starts (56.3%). Furthermore, Burrow is averaging 370 passing yards in his last two home games against the Ravens. With Baltimore's secondary also being banged-up, I expect big things from the Ames, IA native.

2. Joe Mixon — Rushing Yards: Over 57.5 (-114)

After only rushing for 27 yards on 11 carries against the Ravens in the regular-season finale, I predict that Joe Mixon bounces back this weekend. After all, the veteran rusher rarely produces back-to-back duds. Mixon averages 93.8 rushing yards in games following performances where he racks up 30 or fewer this season. Even though Baltimore surrendered the third-fewest rushing yards (92.1) this season, the defense has allowed an average of 122.7 over the last three games. If that's not convincing enough to back the over, Mixon has gone over 57.5 rushing yards in five of his last six games against the Ravens.

3. Ja'Marr Chase — Any Time Touchdown (+100)

After starting the campaign with only two touchdowns in his first five games, Ja'Marr Chase closed out the campaign with seven TDs in his final seven outings. That includes a 26-yard score against the Ravens in Week 18. The former 2021 first-rounder now has two TDs in four career outings against his AFC North rival and with how bad the Ravens have been against the pass this year, I expect Burrow to target Chase early and often. Baltimore cornerback Marcus Peters has been dealing with a calf injury lately, so there's also a chance that he won't be at 100%. Regardless of Peters' health status, Chase is a terrific candidate to find paydirt at Paycor Stadium.
