3 Best Prop Bets for Heat vs Knicks NBA Playoffs Game 1 on April 30 (Butler Can't Be Stopped Under MSG Spotlight)

Sunday's slate of NBA postseason games includes a Game 1 between the Miami Heat and New York Knicks. FanDuel Sportsbook's latest NBA odds list the Knicks as the 4-point home favorite with the projected total set at 207.5 points.

1. Jimmy Butler — Points: Over 30.5 (-106)

Jimmy Butler was the star of the first round, averaging 37.6 points on 67.1% true shooting against the Milwaukee Bucks. In other words, scoring more than 30.5 points shouldn't be an issue for the Heat's superstar. Butler has finished with the Over on this prop in four of his last six games, recording 42-plus points in the most recent two. He just barely fell short of the Over by one point in one of the two games where he finished with the Under. Considering how Butler has scored at least 33 points in two of his last three games against the Knicks, continuing his offensive tear won't be an issue.

2. Jalen Brunson — Threes Made: Under 2.5 (-180)

Although he was solid in the Knicks' opening series, Jalen Brunson's three-point shooting was anything but that. The crafty guard went from shooting 41.6% from three-point range during the regular season to 29.0% against the Cleveland Cavaliers. In regards to this prop, Brunson finished with fewer than 2.5 threes in four of five games last round. He's now finished with the Under nine times in his last 11 games. Things won't get any easier after the Heat held him to two or fewer threes in seven of his 10 previous matchups against them. Until Brunson shows better a better shot selection from downtown, backing the Under is the right call.

3. Jalen Brunson — Rebounds: Over 7.5 (-122)

Julius Randle is in a good position to hit the Over for this rebounding prop. He already averaged 7.6 rebounds against the Cavaliers, going over 7.5 in three of the five matchups. While the Heat surrender the fourth-fewest rebounds in the NBA (49.6), that number has skyrocketed to 58.3 over their last three games, giving up eight-plus rebounds to a player six times in that span. It's worth noting that Randle has had a ton of rebounding success against Miami, as well, averaging 8.6 RPG while hitting the Over 11 times in his last 14 games against the Heat.
