2. Dak Prescott - Passing Touchdowns: Over 1.5 (-113)

Prescott's numbers have taken a step back this year as the Cowboys have become more reliant on the ground game, but he's still finding his receivers in the end zone quite frequently. The two-time Pro Bowler has thrown 3 TD passes in three of his last four games and has passed for multiple scores in seven of his last eight contests, slinging 19 touchdowns through the air during that span. Tennessee has one of the worst passing defenses in the NFL and has already allowed 26 aerial TDs this year (fourth-most in NFL), making this a perfect matchup for Prescott to exploit.

It's been a tough first year with the Titans for Woods, who's endured inconsistent quarterback play and competition for catches from rookie Treylon Burks in a run-heavy offense. The result has been the worst season of the 10-year veteran's career, as he's currently averaging a personal-worst 29.9 receiving yards per game. That number is even worse (24.4 YPG) over his last 10 games, as he's gone over this prop just three times during that span. Don't expect a breakout in Week 17 with third-string QB Joshua Dobbs under center, either, leading to another quiet game for Woods.
