One of the most interesting 2022 draft prospects is Georgia running back James Cook. He's coming off of a breakout 2021 season with the Bulldogs where he starred as a dual threat, and he also happens to be the brother of Minnesota Vikings star Dalvin Cook.

Here's everything you need to know about James Cook as he prepares to join Dalvin in the pros.

James Cook UGA

James Cook played all four of his collegiate seasons at Georgia after de-committing from Florida State. He recorded a combined 1,221 yards from scrimmage and 9 TDs over his first three years before breaking out as a senior.

Cook racked up 1,012 yards from scrimmage and 11 total TDs during the 2021 season alone while helping the Bulldogs with the national title. He ran for 77 yards and added 15 receiving yards in his team's National Championship win over Alabama, the last game of his college career.

James Cook Highlights

Cook has been praised for his quick feet and ability to make sharp cuts, which allows him to extend plays for huge yardage. He excelled as pass-catcher out of the backfield, giving him value as a dual threat at the next level. His speed along with solid hands makes him a potential nightmare for opposing linebackers tasked with covering him in open space.

James Cook 40 Time

Cook had a nice showing at the 2022 Draft Combine. He measured in at 5-foot-11 and 199 pounds. The former Bulldog turned in an official time of 4.42 seconds in the 40-yard dash, faster than Dalvin's 4.49 mark in 2017.

James Cook Dalvin Cook

James Cook will join his brother and current Vikings stud Dalvin Cook once he's drafted to the NFL. Dalvin went to Florida State for college -- where James was once committed before flipping to Georgia -- and starred for the Seminoles from 2014-2016. Dalvin was then the No. 41 overall pick in the 2017 draft by Minnesota.

Current mock drafts project James could end up being a third- or fourth-round pick, so it's possible he hears his name called on Day 2, just like his brother did once upon a time.
