The WNBA season continues on Sunday with a trio of games. With several high-scoring squads in action, expect there to be plenty of buckets. Here's a look at the slate, including FanDuel Sportsbook's WNBA odds for today's matchups.

Prediction

Neither the Fever nor Dream have gotten off to a hot start to begin the 2023 campaign. Indiana has lost each of its first two games and looked hapless on the offensive end, scoring just 67.0 PPG so far. Atlanta, meanwhile, has alternated wins and losses, but has some momentum on its side after securing an 83-77 victory last time out.

The talent disparity betwen these squads is obvious. The Fever simply don't have many quality contributors to turn to, as evidenced by their league-worst mark in PPG. On the other hand, the Dream boasts incredible balance up and down their roster, with four players averaging double digits in scoring and adding at least 6.0 RPG to boot.

It's easy to see Atlanta's offensive firepower putting away Indiana with ease in this one.

Prediction

The Wings and Sky meet on Sunday both searching for their third win of the season. Dallas has won a pair of high-scoring affairs to begin the year, putting up 85 and 95 points in both outings so far. Chicago, however, is winning thanks to a suffocating defense that's held opponents to 71 points or fewer in every contest.

Two opposing styles of play clashing in this matchup could lead to a range of outcomes. That being said, it's hard not to like Dallas' chances here. The Wings have two of the league's top-six players in PPG in Arike Ogunbowale (26.5) and Satou Sabally (21.0). With Natasha Howard (18.5 PPG and 9.5 RPG) dominating as well, they have one of the deadliest trios in the WNBA.

Though the Sky have excelled defensively, they haven't faced a test like this, and that's why I'm siding with the underdog Wings in this one.

Prediction

These squads have had much different experiences to kick off 2023. Minnesota's looked dreadful, losing each of its first three games and seeming hapless on both sides of the court. Las Vegas, meanwhile, has shown why it's one of the biggest titles threats by crushing opponents with a stellar offense and unforgiving defense.

It would take a catastrophe for the Aces to drop this contest. They not only lead the league with 97.3 PPG, but they've been just as good on the other end, posting the WNBA's best defensive rating and holding opponents to just 71.3 PPG.

It's diffcult to see a Lynx team with just one player scoring over 10.0 PPG keeping up with Las Vegas. Given the Aces also outpace Minnesota in RPG, APG, BPG and steals, this could turn into a rout in a hurry.
