The Phoenix Suns and Dallas Mavericks meet head-to-head in Summer League action on Tuesday night. The Suns are coming off a brutal loss to the Washington Wizards that finished with a 97-72 score. Rookie Tyson Carter was the team's leading scorer, dropping 12 points in 19 minutes off the bench.
Meanwhile, the Mavericks' fourth quarter comeback against the Utah Jazz ultimately fell short as they were defeated, 83-82, on Monday. Jerrick Harding stuck out for Dallas as he poured in a team-high 18 points on 8-of-14 shooting off the bench. A.J. Lawson posted a double-double with 15 points and 12 rebounds.

Suns vs Mavericks Prediction & Pick
The Suns looked completely different in their second game compared to their first. Phoenix shot only 34.9% from the floor and drained only five shots from beyond the arc. The lack of experience on the roster seems to be catching up to them and now they run into a Dallas team hungry for its first win.
The Mavericks have gotten so close to a victory in Las Vegas, dropping each of their first two games by one point. Lawson has looked unstoppable as the heartbeat of this team, averaging 21.5 points and 8.5 rebounds. A bounce back performance from Jaden Hardy would go a long way in winning this game.
I'll take a chance on a motivated Dallas team to grab a victory here (-118).
