East Carolina Bowl Game History
East Carolina has played in 22 bowls across the school's history. ECU made its first bowl appearance in 1952. The Pirates lost that game in a low-scoring affair, falling 13-6 to Clarion in the Lions Bowl.
East Carolina's most recent postseason game was played in 2022. The Pirates faced off against East Carolina in the Birmingham Bowl and blew out the Chanticleers 53-29.
