3 Best Prop Bets for Chiefs vs Chargers Sunday Night Football Week 11

Updated:

Week 11 Sunday Night Football brings us an exciting division matchup between two of the AFC's best teams when Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs visit Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles Chargers.

Here are three of the best prop bets for the Chiefs vs Chargers matchup, courtesy of NFL odds on FanDuel Sportsbook.

Chiefs vs Chargers SNF Prop Bets Tonight

1. Kadarius Toney Over 49.5 Receiving Yards (-114)

Kadarius Toney has eased his way into Kansas City's offense since his trade from the New York Giants. He caught his first NFL touchdown in Week 10 to go along with 57 yards on 4 catches. With Mecole Hardman hitting the IR, JuJu Smith-Schuster out with a concussion and Toney being more integrated into the offense, expect him to be picking up some of those available targets. Toney is averaging 11.5 yards per catch with the Chiefs and should have no problem hitting this over with his volume set to increase from last week.

2. Austin Ekeler Under 42.5 Rushing Yards (-114)

Austin Ekeler is a do-it-all back for the Chargers, handling most of the rushing and passing play work out of the Los Angeles backfield. Lately, the latter has been where he's more effective. In fact, Ekeler has gone under this total in three of his last four games, averaging just 34.5 rushing yards per game during that stretch. He also draws a tough matchup against the Chiefs, who are giving up the fifth-fewest rushing yards per game this year and have limited him to 38.6 rushing yards per game in 10 career matchups. Against a tough defensive line in what should be a pass-heavy duel, Ekeler might simply get more work in the passing game based on the game script alone.

3. Chargers +3.5 1H Spread (-110)

The Chargers have done a good job this season coming out of the gate hot during games. In nine games so far this season, they would have covered a +3.5 first half spread in five of them, including in their Week 2 matchup against the Chiefs when they held a 10-7 halftime lead on the road. This time at home, look for LA to come out firing as they try to close the gap on Kansas City in the AFC West.
