Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley was surprising scratch in Week 5 after he was ruled out due to a personal matter. The team then had a bye in Week 6, so it's been quiet on the Ridley front.

The wideout is officially back at practice, though, which is great news for his fantasy outlook in Week 7.

Calvin Ridley Fantasy Outlook

Ridley will step right back into his role as the team's top receiving option. Though his numbers haven't been explosive, there's tons of positives for managers.

Ridley leads the team in targets (42) and receptions (27) -- along with 255 yards -- despite playing in just four games. He's seen at least 8 targets in every contest so far, giving him the volume to maintain a solid fantasy floor (14.6 PPR points per game) while the Falcons' offense develops an identity.

His absence over the last two weeks could make him a great buy-low target for managers who think he'll take off after the bye. The wideout is in great position to do so facing the Miami Dolphins' defense in Week 7. Miami has given up the third-most PPR points per game to WRs this season (44.12).

Ridley is ranked as the WR7 in The Duel's fantasy rankings for Week 7.
