You Won't Believe How Much Russell Wilson Spends on His Trainers and Chefs

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson is enjoying arguably the best statistical season of his career and that has him leading the NFL MVP race through Week 8. While there are surely a number of factors that have contributed to his success, his work and dedication to his health and wellness of the field is surely a big part of it. And Wilson is paying for it, literally.
During an appearance on the Bill Simmons Podcast, Wilson revealed he spends $1 million per year on his body, in the form of full-time trainers, a physical therapist, a masseuse and two personal chefs.
When you want to play until you're 45 years old, you're going to want to take care of your body. And @DangeRussWilsonis doing just that.

On top of his production team, he also talks about all the equipment he has like a hyperbaric chamber. Wilson also states, like Tom Brady, he's planning on playing until he's 45 years old.
Both players are known for taking care of the body as much as possible off the field, and for both of those players, it's clear those efforts have been fruitful. While playing in the NFL at 45 is something we've really never seen before from a QB, if anyone can pull it off, it's these guys.
